Wonderful place - the whole team are tuned in and dedicated to your experience - not just physical results but your whole well being. I whole heartedly recommend. The studio is immaculate and you get the feeling of being the only one using the private space. I love the music too and the visuals - whether you need calm or an injection of fun. Lots of laughs and lots of support and great results. The whole package.
